*Bootcamp (with Greg) – Test your endurance, speed, and agility as you rotate through high intensity cardio, strength, Plyometric and agility drills. This class uses a variety of equipment – hardcore total body workout!!
*Spinning (with Mike or Missy) – Invigorating music and visualization come together to make spinning both fun and effective. Simply hop on your bike set the resistance to the level that is right for you and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
*Kickboxing (with Becca) – Quit your boring cardio routine and blast fat all over with our new muscle-sculpting kickboxing class! In one hour you will tone your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs, and butt plus burn up to 500 calories, or more!
*Zumba (with Tiff) – a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
