Nutrition Plan
A healthy meal plan will be designed for you based upon your goals (ie: weight loss, muscle gain, increased performance, general health, etc). The meal plan will be designed around your daily schedule, fitness goals and health concerns. The inclusion of supplement is optional, and you be given a 10% discount on your first purchase from our nutrition outlet.  $100.00

12 Week Advanced Nutrition Plan
This is an ongoing healthy nutrition plan where your diet will be adjusted every 4 weeks to help you reach your goals.  You percent body fat will be tested in the beginning of the 12 weeks and again at the end.  The meal plan will be designed around your daily schedule, fitness goals and health concerns.  The inclusion of supplement is optional, and you be given a 10% discount throughout the course of the 12 weeks from our nutrition outlet.  $250.00
