Class Information
*Zumba (with Heather) - Combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective calorie-burning dance workout system.
*Bootcamp (with Al or Mike) – Test your endurance, speed, and agility as you rotate through high intensity cardio, strength, plyometric and agility drills. This class uses a variety of equipment – hardcore total body workout!!
*Spinning (with Mike, Missy or Allison) – Invigorating music and visualization come together to make spinning both fun and effective. Simply hop on your bike set the resistance to the level that is right for you and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
